They are perfect for kids, actually!
Either serve them as a well-balanced breakfast, or bake a batch in advance to store and simply serve them cold as a grab-and-go snack. Ideal also to pack in their lunch box for daycare.
The pancakes would also be a great way to introduce solids to your little one. In that case, just omit the salt.
