Kohlrabi and Apple Salad with Walnuts
Crunchy and refreshing raw kohlrabi salad with apples and walnuts.

Ingredients
Salad

kohlrabi

small apple

scallions/spring onions

walnuts

salt, black pepper
Dressing

freshly squeezed lemon juice

olive oil
▢

tbsp
water
▢

tsp
honey
Instructions
Peel and roughly grate the kohlrabi.
Coarsely shred the apple as well.
Cut up spring onions into small rings or chunks. Roughly chop or crumble your walnuts.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
To create dressing, whisk remaining ingredients together and drizzle over the salad. Incorporate well.
