Overnight Oats with Apple Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • cinnamon
  • ½ heaping cup of Greek yogurt
  • Vanilla bean powder optional
  • ½ heaping cup of applesauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine oats with milk, almond butter, and a bit of cinnamon and briefly set aside to allow for swelling.
  • Optional: stir a little vanilla bean powder into the yogurt.
  • Begin layering each airtight container by adding the applesauce first, then the yogurt, and then the oat-milk mixture.
  • Place containers in the fridge overnight and enjoy the following morning.
