Strawberry Blueberry Overnight Oats

Deliciously creamy overnight oats with Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Quick, easy, and incredibly nourishing.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Combine oats, yogurt, coconut flakes, almond butter, and milk and set aside to soak.
  • In the meantime, rinse, drain, and let berries dry off. Chop into smaller bits if needed.
  • Transfer oat mixture to an airtight container and spread berries on top. Place in fridge overnight and enjoy the following morning.

Notes

Alternatively, you may also add the berries to the bottom of the container, as a layer in between, or fold them directly into the oat mixture.
